Who should attend?
The course is designed specifically for the Fuel injection Technician who will be responsible for repairing diesel fuel injection pumps. He should already have attended the Delphi DPA course.
Course Content:
The course is divided into six main subjects:
- Fault Finding
- Dismantling
- Construction and Operation
- Repair
- Reassemble
- Setting and Testing
Each subject is covered individually and demonstrations are interactive with tests and practical exercises, this enables the instructor to monitor the trainee’s progress.
The course covers a basic DPC with and without boost control, low load advance, progressive low load advance, cold advance systems, excess fuel, EGR throttle switches and potentiometers.
