From April 2009 courses should be booked directly using the on line system. After this date it is possible to book by faxing the booking form to the training team but this will incur a booking fee of £10 per person per booking.
Pricing and Payment
Training courses are provided to delegates at £165 per day. Re-sitting an evaluation costs £100 per person per programme. Payments will be collected directly through your dealer account at the time of booking. Diesel Point outlets with receive a voucher to the value of 1 training day as a part of their annual subscription. They will be able to redeem this against any course they choose.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy is in effect with our whole training programme. Please note, any cancellations received may receive refunds according to the chart shown.

If you wish to cancel a course booking, please inform Delphi Training.
NB Delphi will accept replacements from your business for people who cannot attend provided that they meet the course entry requirements and the change is notified before the programme begins.
