The DS150E diagnostic tool takes all of the functionality and coverage of the DS100E and transfers it onto a PC platform. Both tools focus on vehicle diagnostics (supported by on-screen charts and graphs) to ensure users are able to quickly diagnose problems across a wide range of vehicle systems.

They will also read and erase fault codes across engine management, ABS, air conditioning, gearbox, instrument dashboard and immobilizer systems.
Using the latest Bluetooth technology, the DS150E offers the user continued mobility and flexibility whilst providing the added benefit of results being shown clearly on a PC screen. The DS150E software can be installed on a garage’s existing PC and therefore reduces the level of investment required.
The decision on whether to opt for the DS100E and the DS150E will be down to an individual user’s preference for displaying results on a dedicated PDA or a multi-purpose PC.
All DS100E cables can also be used on the DS150E. Delphi offers a range of cables to cover specific applications – these are available in packs covering a range of applications. Further details are shown in the pricing section of this note.
The DS100E has been a mandatory requirement for all Diesel Point garages since the launch of the concept. It remains the case that all Diesel Points must own a Delphi diagnostic tool with Diesel Max capability. However, with the launch of the DS150E, Diesel Point garages now have the choice of either the PDA-based (DS100E) or the PC-based (DS150E) solution.
