Technicians working on Common Rail repair will have undergone a specific training course, and workshop standards are audited by Delphi’s engineers to ensure that the work is of the highest standard.
CR Injector Repair
The repair of Delphi CR injectors requires workshops to allocate a new C2i code which must then be programmed into the ECU. This C2i code consists of 16 digits that relate to the precise measurement of each injector against specified performance criteria. Only Delphi-authorised repairers will be able to create this code correctly as the measurements required for C2i and the database that generates the code are restricted exclusively to this group of workshops.
