Delphi is pleased to announce the launch of a product that will further assure the quality of repair carried out by the Delphi network; Diesel Calibration Fluid.

Delphi’s Diesel Calibration Fluid is a reference fluid for diesel injection test equipment and is sold in a 20 litre drum (HAD400) and a 205 litre barrel (HAD401).

Delphi provides a comprehensive programme of repair parts, test equipment and tooling to enable workshops to repair its range of Original Equipment pumps and injectors.

To ensure that these repairs are carried out to the highest standard, Delphi works with Hartridge, our test equipment partner, on every aspect of the process; from the fitting of the product to the bench right through to the development of test plan software.

Delphi’s Diesel Calibration Fluid has been formulated to the industry standard ISO4113 but more impressively it also meets the stringent specification limits used in the test and development of Original Equipment parts. Therefore this is the only calibration fluid on the market produced by an OE diesel injection parts supplier to OE test specifications.

Whilst this Diesel Calibration Fluid is highly recommended for the testing of Delphi OE product on approved test equipment, it is also suitable for testing all makes of diesel injection products on all makes of test equipment. From the testing of Common Rail pumps and injectors to the analysis of nozzle opening pressures and spray patterns, Delphi's Diesel Calibration Fluid provides excellent performance.
