The first generation (A-series) of Delphi Electronic Unit Injectors was introduced in the early 1990’s and was capable of meeting the Euro II emissions standards.

The first Delphi-equipped Common Rail vehicle was launched in 2001, and was followed in 2004 by the launch of Delphi’s Common Rail pump repair program.

The Hydraulic Head was not made available at the launch of pump repair. Recognising the need to provide the total repair solution, Delphi launched the Hydraulic Head assemblies during 2008.
