Course Objective:
To provide an overview and understanding of Delphi’s diesel system technologies, associated diesel products and test equipment and procedures.

Who should attend?
All technicians who have little or no experience of Delphi fuel Systems and wish to develop their skills and knowledge in this area.

Course content:

• Layout of typical passenger cars/vans Delphi diesel fuel systems including
  •  DPC
  •  DPC-N
  •  EPIC
  •  Common rail
  •  EUI (Electronic Unit Injector)
• Other Delphi diesel product including
  •  Fuel filter assemblies
  •  Glow plug and controllers
  •  Injectors
• Delphi DIAMAND diagnostic tester
• Direct Evolution DVD software. 
• Laser 2000
• Other test equipment including:-
  •  Glow plug tester
  •  Injector test equipment
• Common Rail sealed rail/injector backleakage kit
